BLUSH BRUNCH ROLL
Two eggs, a choice of meat, crêpe roll filled with cream cheese, strawberries, and strawberry coulis, topped with strawberry cheesecake-style English cream and coconut, served with potatoes and toast
CROQUE-ROSÉ
Grilled croissant with Swiss cheese and smoked roasted turkey, topped with two poached eggs and beet hollandaise, served with potatoes and fresh fruit
STRAWBERRY FRENCH TOAST CRUNCH
Crispy French toast coated in panko and coconut, filled with cream cheese, strawberry wafers, strawberry coulis, served atop a bed of strawberry cheesecake-style English cream

The Brunch Rose is part of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation’s ‘Buy Pink’ campaign, which aims to raise awareness and funds to support people affected by breast cancer.
